Beginning Your Leadership Journey
Your leadership journey as a Laidlaw Scholar typically begins with an immersive retreat. In a collaborative environment, you will discover your leadership style, explore core values, and build essential skills through hands-on exercises.
Your learning continues throughout the programme, supported by guest speakers, coaching opportunities, and a chance to apply your skills in real-world settings.

Build a leadership approach grounded in purpose, wisdom, humility and unwavering integrity through the Ethical Leadership Certification delivered by the Oxford Character Project.
